Nine new income variables containing data up to and including 2018

Scholarship, cash-for-care benefit and dividends are three of the nine new income variables added to microdata.no. The data are updated up to and including 2018. The database now contains 151 variables in total.

The microdata.no database increased by the following nine variables at March 17th, 2020 (click on the links for details about the various variables):

• Dividends
• Living allowance
• Basic and attendance benefit
• Cash-for-care benefit
• Realised capital gains
• Realised capital losses
• Interest income
• Interest payments
• Scholarship

All contain data for the period 1993-2018 (cash-for-care benefit from 1998). The variable populations are residents per 31.12.YYYY. However, people with either 0 or missing income are excluded.

Counting with the new variables, microdata.no now has 151 variables to offer in total.
